Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Quality-Related Returns

Due to the nature of international shipping, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or other non-quality-related reasons.

Please review the product photos, dimensions, weight, and description carefully before placing your order.

Product Variations

Due to the manufacturing and finishing process, slight variations in color, texture, paint details, and surface finish may occur between individual pieces.

These minor variations are considered normal and are not treated as product defects.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to help, but once your order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
